When you buy the playbook, Razorpay collects your email address and phone number to process the payment. We receive those two fields from Razorpay so we can email you the product you paid for. That is the only personal data we hold.
We ask you for nothing before payment. There is no signup, no form and no account. The calculator inside the paid page runs entirely in your browser: the business details you type into it are never sent to us or stored anywhere.
Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Razorpay handles those under its own privacy policy and PCI-DSS obligations.
We use the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API to measure which advertisements lead to purchases. When a purchase completes we send Meta the event along with your email address and phone number in irreversibly hashed form (SHA-256). Meta uses this to match the purchase to an ad click. We do not send Meta anything you type into the calculator.
Your playbook is delivered by Resend. We use your email address to send the product and to answer you if you reply. We do not add you to a marketing list and we do not sell or share your details with anyone else.
Payment records are retained for eight years as required by Indian tax law. Nothing else is retained.
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it where the law does not require us to keep it. Write to hello@nactore.com and we will respond within thirty days.
